生炒排骨

整完酵素剩左一堆生果,拎半個菠蘿做生炒骨,好正甜甜、酸酸好送得飯

材料:
排骨一斤,菠蘿半個,青椒1個,蒜頭1粒,紅蘿蔔1小段
醃料:
醬油2湯匙,糖1茶匙,鹽半茶匙,紹酒湯匙,胡椒粉少許
調味料:
蕃茄汁2大湯匙,冰糖2湯匙,蘋果醋2大湯匙
做法:
1. 排骨用醃料拌勻後醃1個小時,灑上2湯匙麵粉拌勻加入1大湯匙油拌勻後放入中高湯油鍋中炸約5分鐘隔油取出,把油温提高後,排骨回鍋再炸約1分鐘至全熟隔油取出
2. 菠蘿去皮切塊;青椒切塊;蒜頭刴茸;紅蘿蔔切片
3. 燒熱鍋,用油把蒜茸爆香加入水半碗、調味料煮至滾後用生粉水埋芡,排骨回鍋翻勻,下青椒片、紅蘿蔔片,最後加入菠蘿塊拌勻即可上碟
